All non-gated lots such as Campanile, FE&P, Colleges, Keck, and open portions of Lovett South Lot are ONLY for the permit holders of those lots unless it is an official Rice University Holiday for the employees (not to be confused when students are off).
Referring to fac/staff and student additional access - All permit holders will have access to the lot until 5:15 AM but will be required to move their vehicles after 7:30 AM to return to their original permit lot(s).
